Press ‘Search Files’ – wait until GenP finds all files.
Press ‘Pill Button’ – wait until GenP do it’s job.

Press ‘Custom path’ – select folder that you want [depending upon the app you want to patch]
Press ‘Search Files’ – wait until GenP finds all files.

The app crashed immediately.
Although updated to the latest version (GenP-3.4.2 10/13), it still does not work with the latest version V26.3. Once used, the program will crash immediately when opened. Looking forward to updates on newer versions!
I created my own patcher based on the latest Pre-Activated working version for 26.3.
Update via creative cloud (you might need to restore creative cloud if it complains you app is not legit).
The patcher is based on GenP untill the owner updates it.

solved. Eventhough i was deactivating eset, a specific exclusion of detection of the file is needed and it works fine
